  • All inspections come with an annotated PDF report as standard unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional services may be provided at extra cost.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that we have permission to operate on the land or property at the chosen site. We will take responsibility for securing all required airspace permissions.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Our fees will be as quoted to you at the time of booking.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your inspection date.

  • The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the final report being delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices not paid within this period may incur late payment charges as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the value of the fee paid for the services.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

  • Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final deliverables (reports, photos, video) will transfer to you.

  • We reserve the right to retain copies for our records, portfolio, or training purposes, unless you object in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
