- Pre-visit phone call: A quick phone call to discuss details of the required service and the surrounding area so I can plan accordingly.​
- Safety brief: Dependant on the type of drone I need to use, I may have to deliver a safety brief to you and other people involved.
- Data handover: When full payment is received, I will give you access to the footage/data so it can be downloaded.
